About Myself

Truly, I am blessed to minister Holy Matrimony to numerous lovely couples, and I look forward to the opportunity of being your wedding minister or priest.

In the photo below, I am officiating a wedding that took place at the chapel at Fort Knox, Kentucky.  The groom is an Army Office with a Scottish background, hence the kilt.  (Notice that I stand so that the bride and groom may look out to their wedding guests)

I've officiated a wedding in Fort Myers, Florida, on the pitcher's mound of the Minnesota Twins spring training facility with former major leage baseball players as the groomsmen:  Ralph Houch, Jim "Mudcat" Grand and Tony Olivia.

Other weddings have included those in the mountains of Beaver Creek, Colorado; on a horse-drawn carriage in downtown Louisville; at the start of a 10k road race; in horse barns, ships, boats, beaches, islands, parks, rivers, backyards, small chapels, churches, cathedrals, and in our own facility of Agape of Jesus Independent Catholic Church in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

I am an ordained Catholic priest with the Independent Old Catholic Church, and I have been Pastor of Agape of Jesus Independent Catholic Church for over 20 years.  I am also a member of Southeast Christian Church, attending Saturday services and participating in their activities.

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Kentucky and Indiana, and have worked in mental health clinics and private practice as a counselor in Florida, Kentucky and Indiana.  I am a 30-year retired college professor of counseling and behavioral sciences, with a specialty of marriage counseling, pre-marriage preparation and divorce prevention.
